Project Description
This is a simple C# OggVorbis decoder wrapper, using InterOp on vorbisfile.dll to read/decode the stream.

Provides 3 main classes:
- OggVorbisFileStream
- OggVorbisEncodedStream
- OggVorbisMemoryStream
